Terms of Service

1. Service

RentsForRents provides an online marketplace for owner- and tenant-reported commercial real estate rent and property data.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your username, password and activity.

3. Contributor data and payouts

Owners, tenants and small businesses (contributors) represent that data and files they submit are accurate to the best of their knowledge, that they have the right to share them, and that sharing them does not violate any lease or agreement. Data is self-reported and not independently audited. Uploaded lease files are private to the uploader and the RentsForRents admin. Contributors earn a payout per property unlock at the rate shown in their portal, which may change prospectively. Payout terms and timing are to be finalized.

4. Membership and unlock fees

Memberships are yearly ($300/yr launch pricing) and each property unlock is $10. Unlocked properties remain available during the membership year. Payment terms will be confirmed at checkout.

5. Use of data

Member access is for your own business use. Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the data.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” without warranties. Do not rely on the data as a sole basis for valuation or lending decisions.
